Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 6 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation/management, internal or external communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, social media management, writing, or a combination.
• At least 3 years of experience in communication, content or thought leadership strategy development for executive leaders.
• At least 2 years of experience in ghostwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of an external thought leadership blog, creating/managing content calendars and writing.
• Lead internal amplification strategies for external initiatives and executive podcasts.
• Contribute to social media copy writing and strategy to amplify executive voices.
• Drive external executive reputation strategies, improving SEO and GEO search.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage high-visibility projects and gather stakeholder input.
• Identify opportunities and develop solutions addressing internal and external needs as a team member.
• Ghostwrite content in the style and voice of leaders with strong accuracy.
