The role oversees project teams, mentors project managers and field leadership, manages schedules and budgets, and partners with clients and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Leadership experience overseeing teams and multiple projects.
• Strong executive leadership and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of construction operations and contracts.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management and job cost systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of project planning and execution.
• Lead and mentor project managers and field leadership.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
• Drive strategic planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain and grow client and stakeholder relationships.
