Job summary

You will oversee project teams, maintain client and design relationships, and drive financial performance while supporting business development in the local market.

This is a high-level leadership role requiring 15+ years of progressive construction experience, strong relationships in the San Diego market, and a track record of delivering complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight through the full project lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and teams.
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and interview processes.
• Drive business development and market expansion in San Diego.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and profitability.
• Identify risks and opportunities; lead high-performing teams.
• Uphold safety policies and ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
