Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead construction operations, scale portfolios, and transform performance. This role partners with executive leadership to translate strategy into execution and build scalable processes, leadership infrastructure, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in construction operations.
• Experience at COO/EVP/SVP level or similar senior leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to scale teams, processes and operating infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project financial performance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for construction operations.
• Translate objectives into measurable operational plans and results.
• Develop and mentor senior operational leaders and project executives.
• Oversee multiple projects, driving safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for executive visibility and growth.
