Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead construction operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This executive will translate strategy into operational execution, build scalable processes, and shape the next generation of leadership, reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience within the construction industry.
• Experience at COO/President/EVP level or senior operations leadership strongly preferred.
• Background in general contracting, electrical construction, MEP, or data center construction.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams, processes, and operating infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project financial performance, forecasting, and risk.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across construction operations.
• Translate objectives into measurable operational plans and results.
• Lead senior operations personnel and establish clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee performance across multiple projects, teams, and operating functions.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor senior operational leaders and project executives.
