Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Hospitality or Business a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Background in hospitality, catering, conference services, or corporate events.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Polished, professional presence.
• Excellent MS Outlook and Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Conference Center, Catering & Reception operations.
• Manage and support Catering and Reception staff.
• Coordinate meetings, events, setups, guest management and last-minute changes.
• Interact confidently with senior executives and high-profile external guests.
• Manage vendors and support large events and special functions.
• Address service issues and employee/guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure meeting spaces and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with Facilities and other department leaders.
• Help establish and maintain procedures and operational standards.
