Job summary

National Vision Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Executive Compensation and Total Rewards to lead our total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, broad-based pay, benefits, and retirement programs.

You will collaborate with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to design scalable, compliant programs that attract, retain, and engage Associates and Doctors. You will prepare board materials, oversee equity programs, and ensure governance, compliance, and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive total rewards, compensation, or related HR experience.
• 4-6 years of executive compensation experience, including equity and incentive programs.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in compensation or total rewards.
• 3+ years of public company experience or board-level compensation governance.
• 4-6 years of benefits and retirement plan experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Total Rewards strategy across compensation, benefits, retirement, and incentives.
• Prepare and present executive pay analyses and market benchmarks for Board/Compensation Committee.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and administer equity and broad-based compensation programs.
• Build analytics and dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness and drive decisions.
• Lead and develop the Total Rewards team and drive process improvements.
