Job summary

National Vision, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Senior Director, Executive Compensation and Total Rewards to lead our enterprise strategy with emphasis on executive compensation, governance, and board-ready materials.

You will oversee equity and broad-based programs, manage compensation and benefits initiatives, and partner with the Chief People Officer, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to attract and retain Associates and Doctors.

Qualifications

• Executive compensation leadership and governance expertise
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities for compensation decisions
• Experience with equity, incentive programs, and benchmarking
• Leadership of enterprise-wide total rewards programs
• Collaboration with CPO, Finance, Legal, and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Total Rewards strategy, including executive compensation, broad-based compensation, benefits, retirement, well-being, and incentive programs.
• Serve as executive compensation leader, providing analysis and governance support for base salary, incentives, equity, and severance.
• Prepare materials for Board and Compensation Committee with market benchmarks and governance matters.
• Ensure total rewards programs align with regulatory requirements, financial objectives, and shareholder expectations.
• Design and administer equity compensation programs and employee stock purchase plans.
• Oversee salary structures, pay equity analyses, and annual compensation planning.
• Direct incentive program design, controls, and effectiveness analyses.
• Lead benefits and retirement programs, including health, welfare, 401(k), and vendor management.
• Provide strategic leadership and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and costs.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and workforce transformations from a compensation/benefits perspective.
