Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the annual strategy for compensation planning including budget, market adjustments, variable plans and enterprise-wide communications
• Leads transformation of compensation strategy and employee experience
• Influences initiatives aligned with pay philosophy and business needs
• Develops education and presentation material on Compensation programs for executives and COE leaders
• Reviews policy effectiveness and identifies opportunities to evolve and adjust
• Coordinates with COEs and stakeholders to ensure program quality and scope
• Manages change processes and contingency plans for projects
• Leads end-to-end strategy and execution of annual performance and pay processes with COEs
• Coaches compensation team members and drives professional development
• Manages other total rewards programs with stakeholders
