Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group in Greensboro, NC seeks a Lead Compensation Consultant to guide executive compensation programs and support the compensation team. You will partner with the Compensation Manager to oversee operations, resolve escalated issues, and align programs with the organization’s total rewards strategy.

You will lead market analyses, financial modeling, and surveys to ensure competitive compensation decisions and effective workforce strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive compensation experience including executive/senior leadership.
• Preferred: CCP/SHRM-CP or PHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of executive and leadership compensation programs (salary, incentive, etc).
• Serve as senior compensation advisor for complex matters to leaders, HRBPs, and team.
• Oversee compensation operations, prioritize workloads, ensure timely issue resolution.
