Job Description

The Executive Compensation Lead Consultant manages the delivery of core executive compensation initiatives by applying professional judgment, knowledge, and a broad perspective. Responsibilities include research, analysis, implementation, and administration of key compensation programs such as the annual incentive, long-term incentive, expatriate pay, and investments compensation.

The individual will also lead the development and implementation of innovative, competitive executive pay solutions aligned with company and strategic objectives, overseeing project planning, execution, quality, communication, and costs.

  • Consult with stakeholders to identify challenges, explore opportunities, and support decision-making for executive compensation products.
  • Manage the annual incentive program, including monthly accrual files for finance teams.
  • Oversee the executive perquisite program, including Workday administration and audits.
  • Develop effective relationships across accounting, finance, HR, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity on proposed compensation changes.
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage complex projects related to regulatory changes, employee communications, plan effectiveness analysis, and ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications
  • 4-year bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with proven Workday Advanced Compensation module expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomous work ability, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in consulting and incentive program design and administration.
