Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Tax, Executive Compensation and Benefits Associate to join its Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

You will advise on compensation matters, handle equity compensation for corporations and partnerships, and apply IRC sections 280G and 409A. In-office presence is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain.
• Residence in the designated jurisdiction by hire date.
• In-office presence required at least three days per week.
