Job summary

McKesson is seeking an experienced Director, Payroll Executive Compensation to lead the Executive Compensation and U.S. Payroll functions. This role ensures accurate payroll operations, drives process improvements, and manages payroll risk while developing a high-performing team.

The Director will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Tax and Audit to support strategic priorities and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a large, fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years processing executive and expatriate payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations across timekeeping, HR, benefits, and systems.
• Oversee executive payroll activities including incentive payments, RSUs, and deferred comp.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
