Job summary

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) is seeking a Communications Manager, Executive Communications and Thought Leadership, to expand visibility for our senior leaders. You will lead executive communications, secure high-profile speaking engagements, and shape global thought leadership across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond.

You will craft speeches, op-eds, and strategic messaging for the CEO and senior leaders, coordinate awards and speaking calendars, and partner with internal teams to

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in executive communications and thought leadership
• Experience securing high-profile speaking, media, and opportunities for senior leaders
• Experience working with CEOs and senior leaders to develop public profiles
• Excellent writing/editing with ability to reflect different voices and tones

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the thought leadership program for the CEO and senior leaders
• Develop and manage awards strategy and calendar with budget considerations
• Develop global speaking strategy and calendar across sectors and markets
• Write speaker proposals, nominations, and related submissions for executives
• Build relationships with conferences, awards programs, and external partners
• Collaborate with CEO and leaders to develop speeches, remarks, and talking points
• Write and place op-eds to reach new audiences and shape conversations
• Coordinate podcast target lists and outreach for launches and thought leadership
• Support broader media outreach during high-profile moments
• Coach staff and leaders on public speaking and messaging
