Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is hiring a Communications Manager to build out the executive communications strategy for our leadership team. You will work with each of our executives to shape their individual voice and public profile, and build the systems that make the work repeatable as the company scales.

You will set the external agenda for leadership, write talking points and long-form pieces, and pitch interviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in communications, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth start-up.

Responsibilities

• Set the external agenda for each member of the leadership team and run the program behind it.
• Write talking points, keynotes, long-form pieces, social posts, and more.
• Pitch and place executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.
• Build relationships with the reporters and analysts who cover AI infrastructure.
• Build the systems behind the program: message frameworks, talk tracks, etc.
• Manage our agency relationships.
