Job summary

Gartner is hiring a Manager of GSSO Communications in Fort Myers to drive strategic internal communications for senior executives and Global Sales & Services Operations. You will partner with GSSO leaders on executive programs and support special projects to inform, motivate and enable associates.

You will write, edit and produce communications, including Town Halls, video scripts, PowerPoint decks and announcements, while coordinating with the India Center of Excellence and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal/executive communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in communicating to Sales teams preferred.
• Strong multimedia skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, creativity and intellectual curiosity.
• Able to handle curve balls and ambiguity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior-level executives.
• Partner with senior leaders in GSSO Communications.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be a self-starter.
• PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and web content management experience.
• Must be within 60-minute commute of Stamford CT, Irving TX, or Fort Myers FL.

Responsibilities

• Support high-priority communications and executive communications for the leader of GSSO's Sales & Services Excellence team.
• Provide ongoing communications support and counsel to the leader.
• Support communications around key enablement programs to inform, engage and inspire associates.
• Ad hoc support for broader GSSO communications efforts.
• Develop and produce internally-facing videos with Gartner's best practices.
• Coordinate with India Center of Excellence on select projects.
• Write and assess quality of other written materials.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with stakeholders across GSSO, Sales and Services communications, HR and Talent Acquisition.
