Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking a Manager, GSSO Communications to drive executive communications for the Global Sales & Services Operations team.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape messages, create town halls, scripts and presentations that inform, engage and inspire Gartner associates, while guiding cross-functional initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years in internal communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in internal/executive communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in communicating to Sales teams preferred.
• Strong multimedia and writing skills, great interpersonal skills, creativity and curiosity.
• Must be able to adapt to change and ambiguity.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and partner with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Support high-priority communications and executive communications for the leader of GSSO’s Sales & Services Excellence team.
• Provide ongoing communications support and counsel to this leader.
• Support communications around key Sales and Services enablement programs to inform, engage and inspire associates.
• Provide ad hoc support for broader GSSO business unit communications efforts.
• Develop and produce internally-facing videos with Gartner’s best practices.
• Coordinate with India Center of Excellence on select projects.
• Write and assess quality of other written materials.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with stakeholders across GSSO, Sales & Services communications, HR and Talent Acquisition.
