Job summary

• 7+ years of experience in executive and internal communications, preferably in high-growth tech, product-led, public companies.
• Experience advising and partnering with C-level executives and technical leaders, with discretion.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset to simplify, align, and drive clarity through communications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort navigating technical environments and collaborating with product, engineering, and design leaders.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the President of P&T, shaping voice and messaging across platforms.
• Lead development of keynote presentations for internal and external events.
• Develop cohesive internal comms for the P&T organization, drafting leadership communications.
• Partner with Brand, PR, and Social to activate a thought leadership platform for P&T leaders.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable narratives for technical teams.
• Provide communications counsel for leadership transitions and organizational changes.
