Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive communications for CEOs or international public figures.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts for both developers and mainstream audiences.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to scale communications workflows.
• Ability to build and lead high-impact communication programs across global teams.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills with tailored storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Office of the President Partnership: Lead communications for the Office of the President, including media relations, speaking engagements, and personal branding.
• Build & Scale the Executive Comms Program: Create core playbooks, messaging pillars, and training for senior leaders.
• Master the Audience Pivot: Translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for business audiences and media.
• Streamline via AI Integration: Champion the use of generative AI tools to research, draft, and scale executive content.
• End-to-End Preparation: Plan and optimize executive appearances, events, and communications-focused engagements.
• Content Creation: Craft executive messaging, speeches, op-eds, and content across channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with the President’s calendar and collaborate with PR, IR, and Employee Comms teams.
