Job summary

The Walt Disney World® Resort is seeking a highly creative Executive Communications & Public Affairs Intern to support graphics, social media content, and presentation design. You will help craft written and visual materials enabling senior leaders to engage Cast Members, partners, and external audiences.

This full-time, six-month internship runs January–June 2027 in Orlando, FL, with cross-team collaboration and executive engagement support.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class during application.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Junior or Senior year preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to executive communications strategies.
• Develop and design presentations.
• Film and edit videos for social media channels.
• Design graphics for the Communications & Public Affairs team.
• Collaborate to tell stories in innovative ways.
• Build relationships with partners to amplify messages.
• Support planning and execution of executive communications programs and events.
• Assist with preparation and facilitation of executive presentations.
• Coordinate ongoing executive engagement tactics.
• Create and update scripts and correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support.
