Job summary

Disney Destinations is seeking a Communications Intern to join the global Sales, Strategy and Solutions team in Orlando, FL. The role supports internal and third-party communications, local Cast engagement, and content creation across social media and digital channels.

The selected candidate will develop and implement communication strategies through writing and graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree or currently in Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Must be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization
• Portfolio required: include a URL link of writing and design samples on resume

Responsibilities

• Support internal and third-party client communication initiatives across the portfolio
• Assist with development and implementation of communication strategies through writing and graphic design
• Create engaging visuals for digital signage, presentations, and social media content
• Help with content posting on external/internal sites and mass email distributions
• Support Cast engagement initiatives and events
