Job summary

William Clarke College in Kellyville, NSW, invites applications for a Permanent, Full-Time Chaplain. In partnership with the Head of College and under the Spirit, the Chaplain will lead Christian gospel proclamation to over 2,000 students and 270 staff, guiding spiritual formation across the school community.

As a member of the Executive team, you will shape the strategic direction, support staff development, and foster a Christ-centred culture through leadership, empathy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Christian Ministry to children and youth.
• Regular practicing member of a Christian Church.
• Bachelor Degree in Theology from a recognised reformed, evangelical institution.
• Ordained Anglican clergy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the proclamation of the Christian gospel to the William Clarke College community.
• Report to the Head of College and contribute to strategic direction.
• Provide spiritual formation for over 2000 students and 270 staff.
• Collaborate with Executive team to shape priorities and culture.
