Job summary

EntreLeadership seeks a seasoned executive coach to work on-site with business owners, applying EntreLeadership principles to develop leadership capabilities. The role involves coaching individuals via Zoom, delivering on-site workshops when needed, and traveling to client sites.

You will join a collaborative coaching team and help clients grow through accountability, empathy, and clear guidance, while maintaining a roster of clients and upholding the program’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business and/or Coaching experience.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent coach training program.
• Executive presence and experience communicating with senior level leaders.
• Ability to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners over Zoom.
• Willing to travel to serve clients and represent EntreLeadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach business owners to become business leaders using EntreLeadership principles.
• Share proven tools and strategies with leaders, coaching with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
• Collaborate with a coaching team to serve clients and sharpen craft.
