Job summary

EntreLeadership seeks a seasoned executive coach to work on-site with business owners, applying EntreLeadership principles to develop leadership capabilities. The role involves coaching individuals via Zoom, delivering on-site workshops when needed, and traveling to client sites.

You will join a collaborative coaching team and help clients grow through accountability, empathy, and clear guidance, while maintaining a roster of clients and upholding the program’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business and/or Coaching experience.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent coach training program.
• Executive presence and experience communicating with senior level leaders.
• Ability to conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with business owners over Zoom.
• Willing to travel to serve clients and represent EntreLeadership.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role you would take business owners and help turn them into business leaders. You would bring a deep passion for EntreLeadership and the principles we teach, using them as the foundation to guide and equip others. This position calls for someone who is hungry, humble, and smart, driven by the desire to help others succeed.

You would share proven tools and strategies with leaders, encouraging and challenging them to grow in both character and competence. By coaching with clarity, empathy, and accountability, you would make a positive impact on the businesses and lives of those you serve.

• You can successfully manage and maintain a roster of 25–30 clients at a time
• You have the skills and confidence to sell and facilitate on-site workshops
• You enjoy collaborating with a coaching team to serve clients and continually sharpen your craft

What Winning Looks Like:

• You hold an ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent coach training program.
• You have 3+ years of business and/or Coaching experience.
• You carry executive presence and experience communicating with senior level leaders.
• You listen actively, creating space for clients to think out loud and arrive at their own breakthroughs.
• You thrive in an open office, team-based environment and are willing to travel to serve clients and represent EntreLeadership.
