The Opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to key Partner populations across the US, including those in leadership development programs for future leaders. You will be part of a dynamic, national team focused on empowering individuals to meet leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact. Your role involves 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and other modalities to foster transformative growth.

Contribute to the coaching practice and leadership development initiatives, seek feedback, and stay updated on leading coaching methodologies. Engage as a thought leader in coaching, both internally and externally.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing a book of at least 35 clients.
  • Deliver exceptional coaching experiences to enhance EY’s leadership development brand and practice growth.
  • Gather client feedback regularly to assess impact.
  • Uphold ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
  • Collaborate within the coaching team, share best practices, and support team growth.
  • Build strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to manage coaching demand.
  • Share coaching insights and themes with business and Talent stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and leadership skills.
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification to work with “The Leadership Circle Profile.”
  • Certification in “Immunity to Change” approach for individuals and teams.
