Role Description

The Executive Coach is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Gaithersburg, MD, focused on coaching private practice owners, clinic managers, and emerging leaders to build more profitable, efficient, and sustainable businesses. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions, facilitating training workshops, and guiding clients through business planning, leadership development, and operational improvement. The Executive Coach will assess client needs, develop tailored coaching plans, provide actionable feedback, and track progress toward defined business and personal goals. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine coaching frameworks, contributing to educational content, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and outcomes. • Candidates should demonstrate business acumen in areas such as operations, finance, team management, and growth strategy, ideally within healthcare or professional services.
• Candidates should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities, and proficiency with common digital productivity tools.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, organizational development, or a related field, and/or professional coaching certification is beneficial.
• Prior experience as a business owner, executive, or senior manager in a private practice or small business environment is a plus.
