Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC represents a large Gulf South regional acute care hospital seeking an established CNO to drive retention, engagement and nursing excellence across a complex care environment. The incoming executive will lead 1,500+ nursing FTEs and partner with an experienced leadership team to sustain momentum.

The role requires RN, BSN and an advanced nursing degree, with 3–5+ years of CNO experience and a track record of measurable improvements in retention, staffing, quality and leadership

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN required.
• Advanced nursing degree (MSN/MSN/PhD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen nurse retention and workforce stability.
• Develop and mentor nursing directors and emerging leaders.
• Expand shared governance and frontline nurse engagement.
