Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC represents a large health system in South Mississippi seeking an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across its flagship regional hospital. The incoming CNO will oversee 1,500+ nursing FTEs across a 500+ bed complex acute care facility.

The role requires RN, BSN and an advanced degree with Doctorate preferred; 3–5+ years CNO experience; onsite relocation is required. A generous executive compensation package and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

Job description

A large, respected health system in South Mississippi is seeking an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing across its flagship regional hospital.

This is a significant executive opportunity with responsibility for approximately 1,500+ nursing FTEs across a 500+ bed, complex acute care hospital serving patients throughout South Mississippi.

The incoming CNO will inherit an experienced nursing leadership team and an organization that has invested significantly in its workforce, leadership infrastructure and future.

We are seeking an established CNO, ideally with 3–5+ years of successful CNO experience in a large, complex acute care environment and a demonstrated record of improving nursing workforce, quality and operational outcomes.

RN, BSN and an advanced degree required (if Master's not in Nursing, must hold BSN). Doctorate preferred.
