Job summary

Concert Golf is seeking a General Manager in Omaha to oversee all club operations, drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure member satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and regulatory knowledge to maintain high standards.

You will develop policies, supervise departments, and coordinate budgets to achieve financial goals while maintaining exceptional service for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Maintains membership with PGA, CMAA or other associations.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws affecting golf course operations.
• Experience leading revenue and profit growth in a club setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and align with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with bi-laws, policies, and procedures for staff and members.
• Interact professionally with staff, vendors, and community to promote teamwork.
• Develop long-range business and financial plans for the Club.
• Coordinate operating and capital budgets and monitor cash flow.
• Lead department heads, hire, train, and motivate staff.
