Morgan Stanley's Shareworks by Morgan Stanley seeks an Executive Services Specialist for our US offices (Sandy, UT) to support executive clients with complex equity-based plans. You will interact daily with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and delivering Everyday Excellence.

A bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses help, with broad insurance, trading, and compliance awareness valued. You will handle 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting and money movement, using Shareworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service by phone and email.
• Understanding equity markets and trading helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls to executive level participants.
• Work with issuer executives on 10b5-1 plans and 144 filings.
• Address customer needs in a timely, efficient manner.
• Respond to inquiries using Shareworks and other tools.
• Resolve or escalate complaints as needed.
• Meet daily call and accuracy benchmarks.
• Ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are met.
• Collaborate with team members and share information as appropriate.
