Job summary

Morgan Stanley’s Shareworks by Morgan Stanley is seeking an Executive Services Specialist in Alpharetta, GA to serve executive and C‑Suite participants. You will handle stock option and share purchase inquiries, collaborate on 10b5‑1 plans and 144 filings, and ensure privacy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and current SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses, plus strong communication and analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to triage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executives.
  • Collaborate with issuer executive teams on 10b5-1 plans and 144 filings.
  • Address client needs and challenges in a timely, professional manner.
  • Respond to inquiries using Shareworks and other online tools.
  • Resolve or escalate complaints from participants as needed.
  • Meet daily call-volume and response-accuracy benchmarks.
  • Follow privacy, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Work closely with team members to share information appropriately.

Department Profile

Executive Financial Services (“EFS”) supports transactions involving restricted or control stock, often involving Rule 144 Affiliates and Corporate Insiders. These transactions include Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plans, sales under Rule 144. EFS conducts due diligence with Issuer counsel prior to the transaction, negotiates and implements 10b5-1 contracts (including trade execution pursuant to the plan) and facilitates SEC filings, clearing and settlement of restricted trades.

Position Summary

Located in our US offices (Sandy, Utah; Purchase, NY; Alpharetta, GA, or Tempe, AZ) and reporting to the Executive Services Team Lead, the Executive Services Specialist fulfills the role of being the face of Shareworks by Morgan Stanley to our Executive and C‑Suite level customers.

What you'll do in the role
  • Inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive level participants.
  • Working with the executive teams of our issuers on complex issues such as establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, money movement etc.
  • Sensitively addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Using our proprietary online application, Shareworks, and other online tools to respond to client inquiries.
  • Responding to complaints from participants, including ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately.
  • Achieving daily benchmarks for call volumes and accuracy of responses
  • Following established processes to ensure privacy, compliance and audit requirements are always met.
  • Working closely with all team members, ensuring information is shared as appropriate.
What you'll bring to the role
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required
