Job summary

Uline seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the business from its Wisconsin headquarters. You will collaborate with executives to protect critical data and strengthen resilience for our growing North American operations.

Lead the Security Operating Model, build enterprise security programs, and oversee policies and controls to meet regulatory requirements while delivering actionable insights to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
