Job summary

Uline seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to lead cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. You will work with the executive team to protect critical data and strengthen resilience for North America.

Lead the Security Operating Model, build teams and drive enterprise-wide security initiatives aligned to business objectives, while reporting risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Information Security with 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise security programs and frameworks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for the Security Operating Model.
• Build and lead Information Security teams and talent development.
• Define and drive the enterprise security strategy based on business objectives.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls for regulatory compliance.
• Report on risks, incidents and performance to executives.
