Job summary

Uline is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead the strategic direction for cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. Located at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, this on-site role partners with executive leadership to protect critical data and strengthen resilience for North America’s growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Information Security with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong background in building and executing enterprise security programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, risk management and data protection practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for Uline’s Security Operating Model, identifying staffing needs and third-party vendors to mitigate risk.
• Build, develop and lead Information Security teams, setting clear expectations across all levels to support performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
• Define and drive the organization’s enterprise-wide security strategy based on business objectives and risk tolerance.
• Oversee security policies, standards and controls that meet regulatory requirements and protect the business.
• Report on security risks, incidents and performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
