Seramount is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the President in strategic partnerships, cross-functional execution, and executive communications. The role shapes leadership rhythms, drives priority initiatives, and partners with teams across EAB's Seramount organization.

The successful candidate will coordinate high-stakes projects, prepare senior-level materials, and lead organizational change efforts while promoting thoughtful AI adoption and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of post-graduate experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or related field.
• Experience directly with a senior executive, C-suite leader, or executive leadership team.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, ability to synthesize complex information.
• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 10%) and flexibility outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President, providing context, analysis, and counsel on priorities and decisions.
• Maintain an integrated view of the President's priorities and determine where involvement has greatest impact.
• Prepare the President for engagements with briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and decision prompts.
• Protect time for high-priority work and ensure coordinated information flow into/out of the President's office.
• Represent the President's office in meetings and initiatives, elevating issues when needed.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans with milestones, ownership, governance, and measures of success.
