Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as an extension of the CEO, driving strategy, operations, and execution across the company. You will advise on critical decisions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment across leadership, with autonomy and significant ownership.

You will leverage data-driven insights, manage priorities, and craft executive communications while coordinating with the CEO and executive team to accelerate execution and drive strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or prior Chief of Staff roles.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, clarify problems, drive alignment, and translate goals into actionable plans with impact.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline, and attention to detail for progress.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence across levels from contributors to board.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on strategy, org design, and high-stakes opportunities.
• Represent the CEO in meetings when needed and drive decisions within guardrails.
• Translate vision into clear priorities and track progress across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from conception to completion.
• Provide data-driven insights to support CEO decision-making and reduce complexity.
• Prepare the CEO for key engagements, including board and investor meetings.
