BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic operator and force multiplier, amplifying leadership effectiveness and accelerating execution across the company. Youll serve as a trusted advisor on critical decisions and lead special projects with autonomy and ownership.

This role offers exposure to every facet of a scaling technology company, from product to board dynamics, with opportunities to shape strategy, align teams, and drive performance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or prior Chief of Staff roles, ideally within high-growth technology companies.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline and the ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with influence across leadership levels.
• Analytical mindset with comfort navigating large data sets to support decisions.
• High agency, bias to action, and comfort operating with autonomy and ownership.
