Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic operator, advisor, and orchestration partner across the company. You will amplify executive effectiveness, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive execution with autonomy and ownership.

The role blends strategy, operations, and narrative to accelerate growth, align leadership, and optimize organizational impact, with exposure to diverse business areas and high-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate goals into actionable plans.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution discipline and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication withStakeholder influence across levels.
• Analytical, resourceful, and data-driven decision-maker.
• High agency, autonomy, and ownership of outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their business applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the CEO on strategy, design, and high-stakes decisions.
• Translate the CEO's vision into clear priorities and drive cross-functional execution to closure.
• Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and special projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and structure key executive communications, board materials, and investor updates.
• Ensure organizational alignment by cascading strategy and resolving cross-team gaps.
• Own high-priority meetings, prep for engagements, and follow up on actions.
• Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights to accelerate decision-making.
• Foster and maintain a cohesive executive team and scalable processes.
