Job Summary

The Executive Chef oversees kitchen operations, manages meal preparation according to corporate standards, and ensures food safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and modify as needed following established guidelines
  • Train kitchen staff on food prep, safety, and sanitation
  • Maintain cleaning and equipment schedules
  • Manage inventory within budget constraints
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use
  • Catering experience is a plus; high-volume foodservice experience is highly desirable
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
