Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa, part of the Hyatt family, seeks an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations in a luxury wellness resort environment. You will shape wellness-focused menus, drive innovation, and mentor a large culinary team, ensuring exceptional dining aligned with Miraval's philosophy.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with Operations and Leadership to deliver guest experiences that reflect conscious nourishment and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury hotels or resorts.
• 4+ years in a senior executive kitchen leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple outlets and large culinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all culinary operations.
• Develop wellness-focused, seasonal menus.
• Lead culinary innovation with quality and consistency.
• Mentor and develop kitchen leaders across the team.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure guest experiences.
• Oversee Teaching Kitchen and wellness programming.
