Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of a high-volume upscale dining operation.
• Ability to manage kitchen sanitation, recipes, and standards.
• Travel up to 25% and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities.
• Ensure quality preparation and presentation per Ruth’s Chris standards.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment and staffing plans.
• Coordinate education, training, and development for AKMs and BOH staff.
