Atria Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and dining operations at one of its Erie communities. You will oversee daily activities, staffing, and guest experiences, ensuring top culinary quality and compliance with standards.

The role emphasizes hospitality, budget management, vendor relations, and engaging with residents and families. The position requires a culinary credential and 5+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive service excellence

Qualifications

• Five or more years culinary experience in hospitality.
• Culinary Arts Degree or Chef Certification preferred.
• Effective English communication with residents, staff and vendors.
• Food handlers permit may be required; HACCP knowledge helpful.
• Must have valid driver's license and may drive Company or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, develop and manage assigned staff; schedule hours and breaks.
• Maintain monthly/annual budgets for Culinary Services; document spend.
• Manage kitchen inventory, small wares and tableware; control costs.
• Ensure purchasing standards and vendor relationships; comply with standards.
• Prepare, store and serve food per company standards and laws.
• Meet residents/families to maintain high satisfaction and service levels.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences; duty management.
