The ideal candidate has 2+ years as Executive/Banquet Chef with wedding experience, a strong culinary background, and a passion for coaching staff.

Qualifications

2+ years in Executive Chef or Banquet Chef with wedding experience.
Proven ability to manage small and large events.
Strong culinary training, formal or informal.
Maintains a positive, family-style atmosphere with high standards.
Passionate about coaching culinary staff.
Experience with menu design and recipe costing.
Independent, self-motivated, creative with strong communication.

Responsibilities
