Brookville Country Club is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a premier private club’s culinary program and oversee all dining venues, events and functions. You will set standards, train staff and collaborate with the General Manager to elevate guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-end dining or private clubs.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts; CEC designation desirable.
• Proven ability to lead à la carte dining and banquet operations with strong cost controls.
