The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, CA seeks an Executive Chef to lead its renowned culinary program across multiple outlets and events. You will partner with the GM/CEO to elevate dining experiences, uphold standards, and mentor a high-performing culinary team in a seasonal private club setting.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required.
• Ten years’ experience in a similar role with luxury hospitality exposure.
• Fifteen years of food production and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large culinary team across multiple outlets.
• Establish and uphold culinary standards, procedures, and profitability.
• Manage budget, menu design, and sourcing with a hospitality-first approach.
• Partner with GM/CEO and leadership for strategic culinary direction.
• Engage with Members to ensure personalized, high‑quality dining experiences.
