Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary program for premium hospitality and concessions during sporting events, catering, concerts, and other special events. This role will provide hands-on leadership to ensure culinary excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership culinary role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal/external email communications.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute game-day and event menus.
• Maintain sanitation standards and comply with regulations; secure revenues and safety.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to understand event details and custom menus.
• Oversee all culinary aspects of gameday food service areas.
• Execute events with high food quality and presentation while managing costs.
