Job summary

Qualifications

• Membership of American Culinary Federation as Executive Chef preferred; ServSafe Manager course within 6 months; maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on preparation, cooking and serving of all foods for patients, cafeteria, doctors din ing room and catering events.
• Lead the production team and support mission by delivering safe, therapeutic and innovative food.
• Supervise Chef, Cooks, Retail Supervisor, and Cafeteria Associates.
