Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food service.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Serv-Safe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to Food Services personnel to meet hospital goals.
• Collaborate with the Director to implement best practices for the Food & Nutrition Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with Baxter Health standards and training requirements.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and safety programs in the department.
