Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Thirteen+ years in food services with seven+ years as an Executive Chef.
• Five+ years as an Executive Chef in large operations with cafeteria/multi-entrée service.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking following recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and equipment.
• Create and manage a menu with ingredients and methods.
• Monitor quality and consistency of dishes and ingredients.
• Lead and develop a food service team and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies; ensure safe storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and service.
