Job summary

The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley seeks an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operation across resort restaurants, banquets, and events. You will oversee a large team, drive menu development, and ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume luxury setting.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will manage culinary strategy, budgeting, and safety programs while delivering exceptional dining experiences for weddings, conferences, and resort guests.

Qualifications

• - Eight+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury high-volume operations.
• - Experience managing 75+ culinary staff across multiple outlets.
• - Strong knowledge of menu development, recipe costing, and kitchen systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall culinary operation for resort restaurants, banquet and stewarding.
